Before completing your Astrological Dossier intake, please review and sign the following Personal Development Service Agreement & Informed Consent.

The Sacred Living Astrological Dossier is designed as a deeply personalized experience for self-reflection, personal development, spiritual exploration, education, and entertainment.

Please read the agreement carefully. By signing below, you acknowledge that you understand the nature and scope of the service and voluntarily choose to participate.

1. Nature and Purpose of the Service

The Sacred Living Astrological Dossier is a personal-development and spiritual-reflection service offered by Sacred Living, LLC hereto referred to as Sacred Living.

Your dossier uses astrological symbolism as a framework for exploring themes that may include identity and personal development; emotional patterns and inner life; love and relationships; family and ancestral themes; purpose, vocation and contribution; money, value and receiving; creativity and visibility; personal power and boundaries; spirituality and intuition; developmental patterns; significant life chapters; your current life season; and the astrological landscape of approximately the next 12–18 months.

The intention is to translate astrological information into practical, understandable language that supports reflection and greater self-understanding.

2. Personal Development — Not Therapy or Clinical Services

The Sacred Living Astrological Dossier is offered solely for personal development, self-reflection, spiritual exploration, educational purposes, and entertainment purposes.

The Sacred Living Astrological Dossier and Integration Session are not psychotherapy, clinical social work, psychological assessment, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, medical treatment, or any other clinical service.

Although Cynthia Santiago-Borbón has professional mental-health training and licensure, she is not acting as your psychotherapist, clinical social worker, or healthcare provider in connection with this service.

Participation in this service does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

This service is not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any psychological, psychiatric, medical, or physical condition.

3. Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

The Sacred Living Astrological Dossier is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, financial, or other professional advice.

You remain responsible for consulting appropriately qualified professionals when making decisions requiring professional guidance.

Your Astrological Dossier should not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, investment, or other high-stakes decisions.

4. Nature of Astrology

Astrology is an interpretive and symbolic practice and is not presented by Sacred Living as a scientifically validated method of diagnosis or prediction.

Astrological placements, aspects, planetary cycles, transits, and other chart factors may be explored as symbolic representations of potential patterns, developmental themes, strengths, challenges, areas for reflection, and periods that may warrant increased attention.

Astrological interpretation does not determine your fate or guarantee that particular events will occur.

You retain complete agency over how you understand, interpret, or apply the information provided.

5. Soul Purpose and Developmental Themes

Your dossier may explore broader spiritual or developmental questions, including themes related to purpose, growth, identity, gifts, contribution, or what Sacred Living may describe as your Soul Developmental Story.

These interpretations are symbolic and spiritual in nature.

They are offered as possibilities for reflection rather than objective facts about why you exist, what you are required to do, or what must happen in your life.

6. Birth Information

You agree to provide your birth information as accurately as possible, including your date of birth, place of birth, birth time when known, and the source and level of certainty of your birth time.

The interpretation of houses, angles, timing, and certain chart features may depend significantly upon birth-time accuracy.

Sacred Living is not responsible for inaccuracies in the dossier resulting from incorrect or incomplete birth information supplied by you.

7. Birth-Time Exploration

If your exact birth time is unknown or uncertain, Sacred Living may offer a separate Birth-Time Exploration service.

This process may compare possible birth times with meaningful dated events from your life.

Birth-time exploration is interpretive and cannot establish or verify an exact birth time as fact.

If substantial birth-time exploration is necessary, additional fees and preparation time may apply and will be discussed with you before proceeding.

8. Your 12–18 Month Astrological Outlook

Your dossier includes an exploration of approximately the next 12–18 months.

This portion of the dossier may identify significant astrological cycles, developmental themes, areas of potential focus, periods of expansion or reassessment, possible turning points, questions for reflection, and opportunities for greater intentionality.

This section is not a prediction of guaranteed future events.

Statements about upcoming periods describe possible symbolic themes and are not assurances that any specific relationship, career, financial, health, family, or other event will occur.

9. Client Intake and Personal Information

You will be invited to complete a brief Astrological Dossier Intake & Life Mapping Questionnaire.

You may choose how much personal information you wish to share and should provide only information relevant to the dossier.

Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, medical records, psychotherapy records, diagnostic records, or other confidential records not required for this service.

10. Privacy and Coded Client Information

Sacred Living seeks to minimize the use of personally identifying information during dossier preparation.

Before information is entered into AI-assisted or other digital tools used to support dossier production, Sacred Living's practice is to replace your identity with a private coded identifier.

The coded identifier is known to Sacred Living but does not identify you by name within the working dossier-production process.

Sacred Living will use reasonable care and discretion in handling information submitted for this service.

This is a personal-development service and not a healthcare or psychotherapy service. Information maintained as part of this service may not receive all legal protections that apply to protected clinical or healthcare records.

11. Digital and AI-Assisted Preparation

Sacred Living may use digital technology and artificial-intelligence-assisted tools to support portions of the dossier-production process.

These tools may assist with organizing chart information, identifying patterns across chart factors, research and analysis, structuring interpretations, drafting and refining written material, organizing year-ahead themes, and formatting or preparing dossier content.

Sacred Living uses a coded client identifier rather than your name within this working process whenever reasonably possible.

The final dossier is reviewed, interpreted, curated, and presented as part of the Sacred Living service.

AI-assisted tools are not infallible, and Sacred Living reviews the material before final delivery.

12. Dossier Preparation and Delivery

Dossier preparation begins after Sacred Living has received:

Full payment; this signed agreement; your completed intake questionnaire; and sufficient birth information to begin analysis.

During the Founding Client period, anticipated preparation time is approximately 14 business days after all required materials have been received.

This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Additional time may occasionally be required because of birth-time uncertainty, unusually complex analysis, missing information, technical issues, or unexpected personal or business circumstances.

Sacred Living will communicate with you if a meaningful delay occurs.

Your completed dossier will generally be delivered electronically as a PDF or comparable digital document.

13. Your Private Integration Session

If your Sacred Living Astrological Dossier experience includes one 60-minute private Integration Session with Cynthia Santiago-Borbón,

you are encouraged to spend several days reading and reflecting upon your dossier before attending this session.

Your Integration Session provides an opportunity to explore what resonated, what surprised you, questions that arose, patterns you see differently, your primary developmental themes, your current life chapter, themes within the next 12–18 months, and intentions you may want to carry forward.

The Integration Session remains a personal-development and reflective service and is not psychotherapy or clinical treatment.

14. Integration Session Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your Integration Session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever reasonably possible.

Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be considered used and may require an additional fee to reschedule, except in cases of emergency or other circumstances accepted by Sacred Living.

If Sacred Living needs to reschedule your session, you will be offered another available appointment without additional charge.

15. Payment and Refund Policy

Because the Sacred Living Astrological Dossier is a highly customized service created specifically for you, substantial individualized preparation occurs before the final dossier is delivered.

Before dossier preparation begins: If you decide not to proceed before submitting your completed intake and before Sacred Living begins individualized dossier preparation, you may request cancellation and a refund. Any non-refundable payment-processing fees may be deducted where permitted.

After dossier preparation begins: Once Sacred Living begins individualized analysis or preparation of your dossier, the service becomes non-refundable.

A refund will not be provided because you disagree with an interpretation, particular astrological themes do not resonate with you, your circumstances change, you choose not to attend your Integration Session, or events discussed in the year-ahead section do not occur.

If Sacred Living is unable to complete the service, Sacred Living will determine an appropriate refund based upon the portion of the service that has already been completed.

16. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Sacred Living does not guarantee any particular personal, relationship, spiritual, professional, financial, emotional, or other life outcome.

Receiving an Astrological Dossier does not guarantee that you will make particular changes or experience particular results.

17. Personal Discernment and Agency

You are encouraged to approach your dossier with curiosity and discernment.

You may accept an interpretation, question it, explore it, interpret it differently, or decide that it does not apply to you.

Your chart does not have authority over your choices.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, finances, health, career, and life direction.

18. Intellectual Property and Personal Use

Your completed Astrological Dossier is provided to you for your personal use.

You may save, print, and refer to your dossier for your own personal-development purposes.

The Sacred Living Astrological Dossier methodology, structure, templates, written framework, branding, production system, and proprietary interpretive approach remain the intellectual property of Sacred Living, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, resell, publish, teach from, commercially distribute, or represent the Sacred Living methodology or dossier template as your own without written permission.

Nothing in this section gives Sacred Living ownership of your personal information or life story.

19. Feedback and Testimonials

You may be invited to provide feedback about your experience.

Providing a testimonial is completely optional.

Sacred Living will not publicly use your name, testimonial, photograph, or identifying information for promotional purposes without your separate permission.

Participation in this service is not conditioned upon providing a testimonial.

20. Voluntary Participation

Participation in the Sacred Living Astrological Dossier experience is voluntary.

You have the opportunity to review the nature of the service before agreeing to participate and may ask questions about the service before signing this agreement.
