HOLISTIC THERAPY · LICENSED IN NEW YORK
Come home to yourself — and know who belongs in your life.
A private psychotherapy practice for when you’re ready to leave behind what isn’t healthy and come home to yourself. Maybe you’ve just left. Maybe you’re truly ready to. Either way, you want to understand how you got here, and how to move forward without repeating it.
Every relationship you have runs on the one you have with yourself. When that one is distorted — by a narcissistic parent, a controlling partner, a role you were handed as a child — it shows up everywhere: in what you tolerate, what you ask for, what you can’t say, and whom you keep choosing. We work at the source — the mind, the body, the nervous system, and the subconscious — so the rest can change.
If you’re currently in an abusive relationship and need safety support, please contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1-800-799-7233.

I began this work at 22, supporting women leaving narcissistic and abusive relationships. Twenty-five years later, the relationship you have with yourself — and what narcissistic harm does to it — is still the center of my clinical practice.
WHAT THE WORK INCLUDES
Relationships, at the root.
The relationship with yourself
Self-trust, perception, worth, and the right to want.
Communication
Saying what you mean, hearing what’s actually being said, staying in the room when it gets hard.
Narcissistic harm doesn’t only come from partners. It comes from mothers, friends, business partners, colleagues, and spiritual teachers, leaders, and communities — and it is one of the most common ways relationships break. It is an example of my work, not its boundary.
Difficult conversations
Preparing for them, having them, and recovering from them.
Understanding without surrender
Seeing the other person’s circumstances clearly without giving up your own.
Boundaries you can keep
And the guilt that comes when you keep them.
Repair — and grief
A mother and an adult daughter. A parent and a grown son. Including what cannot be repaired.
Protecting yourself
When someone you love is causing harm.
Collaborative sessions
At your request, a family member may join a few sessions so the pattern can change between you — not only in you.
BEYOND TALK THERAPY
For what insight alone can’t reach.
You already understand what happened. You can’t stop feeling it. These two modalities work beneath the conscious mind, where the pattern actually lives.
Hypnotherapy
CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPIST
A guided, deeply focused state — not a performance, not a loss of control — in which the mind becomes receptive to change. We work directly with the beliefs, responses, and protective patterns that were installed long before you could choose them.
Especially effective for anxiety and panic, trauma responses and intrusive memories, grief that won’t move, compulsive patterns, chronic stress and sleep, and the inner critic that survived every insight you’ve ever had.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH A LICENSED MEDICAL PROVIDER
A trauma-informed approach that combines ketamine with integrative psychotherapy to support deep emotional healing and expanded states of awareness. Especially beneficial when talk therapy alone hasn’t provided lasting relief.
A licensed medical provider evaluates eligibility and prescribes. Your experience includes comprehensive preparation, guided sessions, and integration every step of the way.

WHO THIS IS FOR
You’re the one who holds it all together.
For your clients. Your family. Your community. Your team. But inside, something’s unraveling.
-
You feel burned out, even though you’re doing meaningful work
-
You support others in their healing but still wrestle with your own trauma, grief, or patterns
-
You’re out of a relationship with a narcissist — a partner, a parent, a friend, a business partner, a boss, or a spiritual teacher or leader — and still replaying it, doubting what was real
-
You were raised by a narcissistic parent and still feel the weight of that wound — in your relationships, your choices, and how you see yourself
-
A relationship that matters — with a daughter, a son, a mother — has broken down and you want it back on new terms
-
You long for something deeper than talk therapy — something embodied and real
